Landscape and Gardening Classes

Saddleback Valley Recreation Department Classes are as follows:

Planting, Pruning and Growing Roses January 13, 2010 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Soil Amending and Fertilizing February 10, 2010 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Growing Vegetables March 3, 2010 9:30-11:30 a.m.

All classes will be taught in the O'Neill Garden at 24701, Mission Viejo

Classes are $20 Each

College Classes

At Saddleback College Annie is teaching two classes:

Plant Identification of Trees & Shrubs

Hort 11 is offered from January 13- May 19, 2010 on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:30 p.m.. It will focus on information and identification of 150 of the most popular trees and shrubs for Southern California.

Professional Practices of Residential Landscape Design

Hort 201 is an 8 week class on starting and running your own Residential Landscape Design Business and working in the landscaoe design business. The class will be offered Friday nights from 5:30-9:30 from March 26- May 14, 2010.
